Description

We celebrate the connection between the land and the spirit with our unique cask editions. Bringing distinct regional flavours of selected casks from around the world to our island malt. This rum cask edition explores the world of cask finishes from the Caribbean. It’s mouth-watering, smooth and fruity –the perfect exotic escape. Jura Rum Cask Finish has been initially matured in American White Oak Ex Bourbon barrels and then transferred into hand selected Caribbean Rum Casks for a smooth, creamy and fruity finish.

Tasting Notes

Quick Descriptor: The perfect exotic escape made by a tiny island community. Colour: Rich golden amber. Nose: Warm welcoming notes of guava and coconut, sugar coated almonds, apricots and a touch of citrus. Taste: Sweet vanilla, fudge, layers of mango, banana and guava, with a lasting sweet cinnamon spice finish.
