Vines are grown on a vertical hedge trellis on cool climate sites.
Vinification
Grapes are sorted in the vineyard and handled gently in the winery. Cold soak for 2-3 days on skins. Malolatic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks after which the wine has been settling for 4 months
