Unoaked wine La Umbra, meaning in the shade, was inspired by the Romanian tradition to enjoy fresh, youthful wines sitting in the shade of a large tree in the outdoor summer kitchen found in every rural home. La Umbra Chardonnay is a creamy and elegant wine, with aromas of ripe yellow melon and lingering hints of succulent peaches. Pairing: Enjoy with chicken, fish or seafood dishes. Best served at 10-12°C
