Description

This Gavi di Gavi is produced using traditional methods, grapes are picked by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 18°C. This wine is characterised by its fresh fragrance, fruitiness, with undertones of white flowers and a persistent reminder of almonds. An ideal wine for all types of Mediterranean dishes.

Viticulture

The vines are planted on a mix of clay and marl and are trained using the Guyot system. Grapes are picked by hand.

Vinification

In large stainless steel tanks which are temperature controlled. Fermentation occurs between 12° and 16°C with the aim of maintaining a fresh fragrance and fruitiness.
