Sheppy's Cider is Somerset's oldest family cider maker, we have been crafting cider for over 200 years. All our ciders are made using only natural ingredients, they are naturally fermented, even the apple skins as used to make the natural wild yeast used in the process of making our award winning ciders. Our ciders are vegan, vegetarian friendly, gluten free. We are an environmentally friendly, sustainable business, we have our own wetland system that that turns waste to water. We even use the pomace (by-product of cider)to feed cattle including our own longhorn cows we have on our farm.
