This is a soft and juicy red from the popular Merlot variety, with all its typical smooth fruitiness, full of bramble, red berry and plum character. It’s a relaxed and approachable, versatile wine that’s perfect for sharing with family and friends over a generous and sociable meal such as a summer barbecue or a large bowl of pasta.

2016 vintage: we had a lack of water during the entire spring and the summer so the yield is c 20% less than a classic year. Because of the low yield, the wines are deeply coloured, concentrated, powerful and very balanced. The whites are very fruity and easy to drink with a nice acidity.
