Crafted by Master Cider Maker Jonathan Blair at H. Weston & Sons, in consultation with our buyer, this Herefordshire cider is a blend of traditional English cider apples from a single year's harvest. The pressed apple juice spends time in old oak vats, producing a full-bodied cider with a rich, complex flavour. Strong, with broad flavours, mouth-watering freshness and a soft sparkle, it's delicious with pork in a creamy mustard sauce, or with a good Cheddar.
