Crozes-Hermitage 2014

This is from a family winery that has been passed down through three generations to brother and sister Christophe and Emilie. The wine is deep, rich and ripe with notes of coffee and black olive over blackberry jam. There’s generous but balanced structure with lifted minerality. Ideal with beef.
