The nose of this wine is filled with floral aromas. On the palate it is succulent, where lychee and white peach flavours mingle with grapefruit acidity. Delicate, sweet, balanced and refreshing.

Viticulture
The Moscatel d'Alejandria vines are planted cordon trained in the sandy soils just a few Km from the Atlantic Ocean. Pruning is done by hand .
Vinification
The bunches are destemmed then gently pressed. the must is then fermented at around 18 degrees for 5 days at which point the fermentation is stopped by the addition of grape brandy which preserves that natural sugar in the grapes.
Maturation
the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until being bottled in the spring following harvest
