This has the moderate alcohol and vibrant style typical of English white wines; the long summer of 2015 also brought lovely juicy fruit character. Seyval Blanc and Bacchus grapes give elegant aromatics, while ageing for four months on ‘fine lees’ has added lovely texture and mouth-feel. Excellent with chicken or grilled fish.
