Almond, marzipan, red-currant and ripe greengage on the nose. The almond and ripe greengage continue on the palate with great acidity for the acid structure. The finish is very clean and long with lovely vivid acidity.

Vinification
Raisined grapes from each individual vineyard were macerated with dry base wines for up to 48 hours and then transferred into old Hungarian oak barrels for fermentation and ageing
