Viticulture
Regional Information - It enjoys the same care at harvesting (several sortings, potential degree above 20%), and the same attention during fermentation and ageing as for the 'grand vin'. It is rich and sensual and delivers a complex nose of jammed fruit and spice, ideal for drinking now and over the next 5 years. It is considered as a great example of the Sauternes appellation.
Vinification
Pressing – removal of the lees from the must and clarification of the grape juice. Fermentation in French oak barrels with temperature control (24°C) during 2 to 3 weeks.
Maturation
100% of the wine was aged in French oak
