Description
Manzanilla sherry is a special style of fino that originates only from the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda at the estuary of the Guadalquivir River. It is here that the family firm of Barbadillo produces this wonderful fresh and zesty wine, showing the crisp apple and nutty palate typical of these pale sherries. Nose - Appealing and honest on the nose, with intensity and finesse originating from the prolonged contact with the flor. Delicate hints of salty air and camomile. Palate - Extraordinarily dry on the palate but then smooth and harmonious on the finish. Subtle, slightly, salty
