Hawke’s Bay pioneers Trinity Hill aim to make elegant, balanced wines with precise flavours. This is a typically fresh Chardonnay whose flavours of citrus and stone fruit are balanced by a creamy richness from lees ageing, notes of roast hazelnut and almond, and smoky minerality.
