Description
Elegant, fruity Chardonnay from the southern, cooler part of Margaret River close to Augusta. 9 months ageing in French oak gives the wine tropical flavours with a complex, nutty finish.

Viticulture
From various vineyards, mainly from Karridale area. The average age of vines is 18 years, trained using VSP system, planted on laterite soils.
Vinification
Hand-harvested and hand-selected whole bunches were gently pressed. The fermentation took place in new French oak barrels. The wine was matured for 9 months in new French barriques.
