Swartland Private Collection Chenin Blanc 2020

Inviting aromas of paw-paw, citrus and guava with underlying grapefruit notes. A crisp palate of tropical fruit, citrus and spice leads into a lingering finish.

Grapes were picked at optimal phenolic ripeness. The skin, pips and stems were removed and the juice was then fermented at controlled temperatures with aromatic yeast strains. Following fermentation, the wine was stabilised, filtered and bottles, in order to preserve the freshness
