Description
Aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. The palate displays flavours of cherry and currant with a lingering and thoughtful finish. Good structure, a moderate weight, polished tannins and a balanced acidity.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were crushed before a warm fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Varieties and vineyard lots were fermented separately to allow their signature characteristics to emerge before blending.
Vinification
The wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel and was aged without the lees for 22 months on 100 percent French oak with a medium toast level; forty percent of the barrels were new.
